For Your Information

a. At times, there will be a time where Client may not use quite all hours in the given month, your unused hours

i) will be rolled over to the next month as long as it is within the contract time

ii) will be refunded back to you if no new contract is signed

iii) will be used again if the new contract is signed before the expiration date or within thirty (30) days of expiration of previous contract.

b. Any excess hour of the agreed retainer amount will be charged per hour on each project CHEMIS3 does for you.

c. At the end of each month, Client will get a report of all time allocated spent on projects given to CHEMIS3.
